Spinach and Bean Burrito Wraps

Ingredients

  • Whole grain tortillas
  • Baby Spinach
  • Brown rice
  • Romaine Lettuce
  • Salsa
  • Black beans
  • Greek Yogurt

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 150*C. Place the tortillas in a stack and wrap them in a foil. Put them into the oven to warm. In a large skilled over medium heat, heat the spinach and black beans, stirring, until the spinach and beans are warmed, about 4 minutes.
  • Take the warm tortillas out of the oven and spread them out on a clean work space. Spoon the spinach mixture, divided evenly, in the centre of each tortilla.
  • Spread the rice, lettuce, salsa and yogurt, divided evenly, over the spinach mixture. Roll up the wraps and serve warm.
