  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Water
  • Spinach
  • Corn
  • Paneer
  • Cheese
  • Pepper
  • Tomato
  • Lemon
  • Onion
  • Oregano

Instructions

  • knead the dough with maida,salt,oil,water. For the stuffing: Wash the spinach nicely then boil it for 4-5mins. When cooled down squeeze out the water & finely chop it. Also boil the corn for 4-5mins. Then in a bowl add chopped spinach, corn, grated paneer, cheese, salt and pepper and mix it well. In a bowl combine all the ingredients of the Salsa mix(tomato,onion,oregano,salt,pepper,lemon) it well and keep aside. Take the dough divide it into equal proportion. Roll it out in a circle. Heat non stick pan add few drops of oil then cook the tortilla from both the sides on medium heat. Add the stuffing on one side of the tortillas then fold it in half and cut it from the middle. Serve with Sauce, Mayonnaise &Salsa.
