  • Spinach
  • Moong dal
  • Bengal gram
  • Red gram
  • Rice

Instructions

  • clean and soak rice, moong dal, red gram, bengal dram together for 2 hrs grind it into a smooth paste. clean and cut spinach and soak it in the very hot water for 2 min. make spinach into a fine paste. add this paste to the blended grains. add some salt to the mixture. prepare dosa with this batter.
