- For stuffing:- Take 1 tsp oil in pan and saute ginger chili paste.
- Add sprouts, coriander, mashed bananas and again saute.
- Add chat masala,salt and mix it. Stuffing is ready.
- For better:- Take bowl and add besan,salt,sugar,lemon juice, baking soda and bit it properly.
- Pour the half of better in a plate then spread spinach leaf over it.
- Now pour the sprout stuffing over spinach leaf and again cover it by spinach leaf like a sandwich.
- Now pour the remaining better over the leaf.
- Steam it for 20 min in steamer.
- After Sometime pour the Tempering of seasame seed (Til), mustard seed (rai) and asafoetida (hing).
- Cut it into square and serve it.your healthy spinach sprouts squares are ready.
