  • Spinach
  • Moong dal
  • Water
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Green chilli paste
  • Cumin
  • Mustard
  • Red chilli

Instructions

  • Take a bowl and water,moong dal and soak for 30 minutes. Take a kadai and add oil,cumin, mustard,red chilli and saute well. Then add chopped spinach and cook till it is soft. Then add green chilli paste,salt and mix well. Then add the soaked moong dal and cook for 10-15 minutes. Serve hot with rice,chapathi.
