  • Wheat flour
  • Spinach
  • Garam masala
  • Ginger
  • Green chillies
  • Salt
  • Cumin
  • Oil
  • Butter
  • Water
  • Paneer
  • Oil
  • Tomato
  • Red chilli powder
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Coriander
  • Onion
  • Carrot

Instructions

  • Wash and rinse spinach and drain it. Blend spinach with ginger, garlic,salt,cumin,green chillies,garam masala,and water. Blend it to a smooth paste. Take it in a bowl and add wheat flour Mix well and make a soft dough adding water.pour oil and make it a dough. Heat a pan add oil,cumin,ginger garlic paste and saute well. Pour tomato puree,water, chilli powder,salt, turmeric powder,garam masala and cook well. Crumble the paneer and add to the pan. Cook well and add coriander leaves. Turn of the flame and keep aside. Divide the dough into portions and make a round disc with the dough. Keep it on the hot tawa and roast it. Both sides. Then place the prepared stuff in between and roll it and use a sandwich pin to keep the roll perfect. Serve spinach wraps hot.
