Large size potato
All purpose flour
Corn flour
Kashmiri red chiili
Chat masala
Salt
Roasted cumin powder
Water

Instructions

Mix all purpose flour, corn flour, 1tbs kashmiri red chili powder, 1tbs chat masala, mix all the ingredients and add water slowly to make a thin mixture
Now cot potato in spiral form and dip the potato in Liquid paste
Now fry the potatoes till golden brown in coloue and take out in a plate
Now mix red chilli porder, chat masala and roasted cumin powder to make a Spicy mix
Now at the last sprinkal The dry ingredients mixture on our spiral potato That's we have done
