Ingredients

  • Masala-E-Magic
  • Maggi Noodles
  • Water
  • Mixed Sprouts (moong & moth)
  • Chopped Onion, tomato, capsicum
  • Red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper
  • Chopped Green Chilli
  • Salt
  • Corn Flour
  • Black pepper
  • Oil

Instructions

  • Mix Masala-e-magic in sprouts and steam them. They should retain their crunch. Let them cool. Once cool, add cubed veggies, green chilli, salt and black pepper. Mix well and keep aside. Now boil one packet maggi till 3/4th done.
  • Make sure that there is no water left in the pan. Mix one tbsp cornflour thoroughly in the cooked maggi. Grease a heated non stick pan. Spread this maggi on it in round shape like we spread chila or dosa. Make it as thin as possible by pressing it.
  • Cook on low to medium flame till it becomes light brown and crisp from the bottom. Now carefully flip it and cook from other side also. Remove this on a plate.
  • Spoon half of the sprout mix in the centre of the maggi chila such that it divides the chila in three equal parts. One part is that in which we have placed sprouts and the other two are on both the sides of the sprouts.
  • Gently lift one part and bring it over the sprouts. Similarly, lift the other part and bring it over the first part. Your sprout wrap is ready. Secure the wrap with a tooth pick as shown in the pic. SImilarly make the other wrap.
