Ingredients

  • 1 cup sprouted chickpeas
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp tahini
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup chickpeas boiled water

Instructions

  • Rinse the chickpeas well and dump them into the insert of your pressure cooker add 1cup water close the lid pressure cook for 4whistle. Turn off the flame.
  • Then drain the chickpeas, and pour them into a blender or a food processor. Add the garlic, lemon juice salt tahini, olive oil and water as well as any other flavouring s or seasoning you like. Process until completely smooth.
  • Serve the hummus immediately or store in the fridge up to 1week.

Store for a long time and have it with your meal
