  • Mung bean sprouts
  • Lentil sprouts
  • Bengal gram
  • Fenugreek
  • Buckwheat
  • Soybean
  • Oil
  • Garam masala
  • Turmeric powder
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Take a pan and add oil then add all the sprouts (mung bean,lentil,Bengal gram, buckwheat,soybean) Saute well and add water.cook for 5 minutes and then add garam masala,salt, turmeric powder and again let it cook for 4-5 minutes turn of the flame and seve hot with chapathi,rice.
