- Grind sprouts with Required amount of water along with green chillies , curry leaves & ginger.
- Whisk in chickpea flour & Rice Flour to a smooth consistency. It should not be coarse or lumpy , The batter should be smooth and of spoon dropping consistency. Then add in the Hing , Jeera , turmeric Powder , Garam Masala & Salt .
- Finally add in the finely chopped Fresh Coriander Leaves 🌿 & give it a good mix!
- Once batter is ready, heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Drizzle some oil & Pour a ladle full of batter on the pan and spread it in a circular motion to form a chilla.
- Drizzle little oil around the chilla & cook it until you notice the edges are getting brown and leaving the pan easily , let it turn crisp from one side Then flip and cook on the other side.
