  • Sprouts
  • Green chillies
  • Curry leaves
  • Ginger peeled
  • Hing
  • Jeera
  • Ajwain (optional)
  • Turmeric powder
  • Garam masala
  • Salt
  • Chickpea flour
  • Rice flour
  • Fresh coriander chopped

Instructions

  • Grind sprouts with Required amount of water along with green chillies , curry leaves & ginger.
  • Whisk in chickpea flour & Rice Flour to a smooth consistency. It should not be coarse or lumpy , The batter should be smooth and of spoon dropping consistency. Then add in the Hing , Jeera , turmeric Powder , Garam Masala & Salt .
  • Finally add in the finely chopped Fresh Coriander Leaves 🌿 & give it a good mix!
  • Once batter is ready, heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Drizzle some oil & Pour a ladle full of batter on the pan and spread it in a circular motion to form a chilla.
  • Drizzle little oil around the chilla & cook it until you notice the edges are getting brown and leaving the pan easily , let it turn crisp from one side Then flip and cook on the other side.

Notes/Tips

Batter If it is too thick or runny, you will not get the perfect chilla so adjust it with water / chickpea flour as required. Adding Ajwain is optional but I like to add it for better digestion. Once ready Serve them hot with Ketchup OR Mint Chutney ? EAT HEALTHY & STAY FIT !
