  • Basmati Rice
  • Mix Vegetables
  • mix Srpouts
  • Spices

Instructions

  • Rinse Rice 2 times and then make boil till it semi cooked
  • Take Oilve oil, add Cumin , Add chopped Onion, chopped Capsicum, Chopped Carrot, boiled peas and Beans and saute them for 5 10 mins.
  • Add red chilli powder, Haldi powder , Garam Masala, coriander powder , Garam Masala and Salt as per test.
  • Now add mix sprout and mix it properly so that sprout coated with all masala
  • Now add Rice and again mix it properly and smoothly so rice do not get broken.
  • Garnish with chopped Coriander, Curd and green Chilly Chutney

Notes/Tips

You can add pav Bhaji masala to add taste in Pulav. It's combination of carbs, protien and good fat food.
