  • Basmati rice
  • Sprouts
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Salt
  • Schezwan chutney
  • Coriander powder
  • Turmeric powder
  • Cumin seeds
  • Coriander leaves
  • Tomatoes
  • Spring onions
  • Star clove
  • Oil
  • Red chillies powder
  • Garam masala

Instructions

  • Wash n soaked rice for 10 minutes. Chopped all vegetables..
  • Wash n boiled rice with salt in water and in other Bowl wash n boiled moong sprouts with salt for 10 minutes..
  • Drain water in both ingredients n rest them for few minutes.
  • Take a pan n heat oil n add cumin seeds n star cloves.
  • Add paste n onions in it n add all spices after few minutes..
  • Add sprouts n tomato in it n mix well.
  • Now add rice n garam masala in it n mixed nicely.
  • Sprouts Rice are ready to serve with sprinkle coriander leaves..

Notes/Tips

Served with raita or curd as you like..
