Ingredients

  • 2 cups of sprouted moong beans
  • 1 small or medium sized onion
  • 1 medium size tomato
  • 1 green chilli
  • ¼ teaspoon red chilli powder
  • ½ or 1 teaspoon chaat masala
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 boiled potato
  • few coriander leaves for garnishing
  • rock salt

Instructions

  • 1. Take 2 cups of steamed or boiled moong sprouts in a big bowl or vessel.
  • 2. Add 1 small sized finely chopped onion and 1 medium sized finely chopped tomato.
  • 3. Next add 1 finely chopped green chili (hari mirch). Also add 1 boiled potato
  • 4. Then add ¼ teaspoon red chili powder (or cayenne pepper) and ½ or 1 teaspoon chaat masala (optional). stir very well.
  • 5. Lastly, season with salt and pour 1 teaspoon lemon juice or as required. Mix well.
  • 6. Garnish the salad with coriander leaves and lemon slices..

Good for health and eat it in morning
