- Take a blender and add moong bean sprouts, buckwheat sprouts,wheat sprouts,chickpea sprouts,lentil sprouts, groundnut sprouts and blend. Then add water, salt,besan and blend into a semi liquid batter. Heat a tawa and grease with oil,then take a ladle full of batter and spread it over the tawa and sprinkle some oil on it and cook for 2-3 minutes. Take into a plate and serve hot.
