1-1/2 cups maida
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 ripe bananas
as required Few strawberry chopped
1/2 cup sugar powder
1/4 cup oil
1 tsp vinegar
1/4 cup milk
2 tbsp milk (if required)
4-5 drops strawberry essence
4-5 drops rose pink food color

Instructions

Sieve the dry ingredients in a bowl. In a cup mix vinegar and milk. Keep it aside till it cuddles.
Now in another bowl, mash the banana's, add oil, sugar powder and the cuddled milk. Mix well. Add the strawberry essence and food color. Again mix gently.
Now add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Mix all ingredients together. Add the chopped strawberries. Mix again well. Preheat the oven @180°c for 10 minutes.
Grease the tin and pour the cake mixture into the tin. Bake it @180°c for 30 - 35 minutes.

Adding color is optional
