- Heat ghee in a fry pan.
- Add desiccated coconut and roast for a minute.
- Take out in a mixing bowl and add strawberry preserve.
- Add heaped spoon of condensed milk.
- Mix everything nicely.
- Add a drop of colour (you can skip this step if you don't want to use colour)
- Take ball sized mixture and roll it to make ladoos.
- Roll it in desiccated coconut so that the ladoos are well coated.
- Garnish the ladoos with dried rose petals. Strawberry Coconut ladoos are ready. Keep it in airtight container.
