- In heavy bottom pan add milk and sugar and bring a boil to it.
- Make a slurry of milk powder and corn flour.
- Add to boiling milk and keep stirring till milk is thick.
- Now cool it completely and pour in the container to set.
- Now in mixing jar add strawberry crush, cream and above mixture and churn it well and smooth.
- Again pour the mixture in container and allow to set. Add the chopped strawberries when the mixture is semi set. Then allow to set completely.
- For garnish Brush the serving plate with strawberry crush top up with icecream, sprinkle the cake crumbs, blueberry and drizzle the chocolate sauce.
