- First chop the strawberries in to small chunks.
- Heat the pan and add these strawberries .
- After 3 mins add sugar and stir continuously on low flame.
- Then add lemon juice and stir the mixture.
- Off the stove until the jam gets thicker.
- Allow the jam to cool .
- Now add honey to the jam and mix well to get mouth watering taste to our tastebuds.
- We can use this delicious strawberry jam with toast or roti for breakfast.
