- Take 5 to 7 strawberries and cut them roughly and blend them into the grinder and make a puree. Take a pan add milk in it and bring it to boil
- Once the milk is boiled spoon by spoon add rice flour and stir it continuously so that there are no lumps are formed and boil it untill it turns thick (2 to 3 min)
- Now add strawberry puree and sugar and mix it Finally add chopped cashew and almonds and turn off the flame.
- Transfer it into the serving bowl and refrigerate it for 15 to 20 min and eat it when chilled
