Maida 100gm
Fresh curd 125gm
Powder Sugar 85gm
Sunflower oil 50gm
Baking Powder 1/2+1/8tsp
Baking soda 1/4tsp
Vanilla essence 3/4tsp
Milk 2tbsp
Strawberry 4-5

Instructions

Preheat the oven 10mintues and prepare a cup cake pan with cupcake liners.
Combine the dry ingredients Maida,baking powder, baking soda in bowl.
Take another bowl add Curd powder sugar and rest for 3 mintues.
After 3 minutes add dry ingredients and whisk together until combined and add milk and oil but do not over mix.
Make a batter smooth and add chopped strawberries gently.
Fill the cupcake liners a little More then half full and bake 15 to 30 minutes.

Notes/Tips

I highly recommend use fresh Strawberries .
