  • fresh strawberries, hulled
  • bananas, peeled and sliced
  • Ice cubes
  • plain lowfat yogurt

Instructions

  • Blend strawberries, bananas, half of the ice cubes, and yogurt in a blender on high until smooth. Add the remaining ice and blend further until smooth again. Serve immediately
