200gms fresh or frozen strawberry,
100gms sugar,whip cream, 1/2spoon Lemon juice

Instructions

heat water in sauce pan Add chopped strawberries Sugar Cook well till strawberry soft Turn on flame Add lemon juice Let it cool to form compote
Whip 500ml Star whip cream using electric beater Keep in fridge
Assemble Take a long glass Pour some chopped strawberries Some compote Whipped cream Keep on repeating the same till glass full
At end drizzle some more compote and chopped strawberries
