Falooda is a chilled dessert, delicious with rose syrup that consists of layers of vermicelli. Fruits, nuts, soaked basil seeds, jelly, rose syrup and ice cream make it even more fulfilling.

Strawberry falooda

Ingredients

  • 500 ml milk
  • 3-4 pieces Strawberry
  • 2 tsp strawberry crush
  • 1 packet Strawberry falooda mix
  • 2 tsp chopped dry fruits
  • Sugar to taste

Instructions

  • Take a vessel add milk, heat it on medium flame, add falooda mix, sugar mix it, stir this mixture continuously until it looks thick, then switch off the flame.
  • Let's cool it properly, keep it in refrigerator for 1-2 hours.. Cool it completely.
  • Then add 2-3 tsp strawberry crush and chopped some strawberry pieces mix it well.
  • Take a long glass add 2 tsp strawberry crush then put falooda mixture and some dry fruits then put again strawberry crush then falooda mixture and last put strawberry crush.
  • Now garnish with some dry fruits and strawberry. Serve it cool cool.

Notes/Tips

It is good to over indulge in a falooda once in a while especially on a hot sultry day. This heavenly dessert has contrasting flavors and textures with chewy falooda seeds, soft noodles and jelly, melt in the mouth ice cream and crunchy nuts. Falooda drink or milkshake is truly a delightful summer dessert
