Ingredients

  • Dates pulp 1/2 cup
  • Dry fig pulp 1/2 cup
  • Ghee 1 tbsp + 1 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Water 1/2 cup
  • Cashew powder 2 cups

Instructions

  • In pan add ghee and both pulp and cook for 2-3 minutes to remove the moisture and allow to cool down.
  • Now in another pan add sugar and water, boil till sugar melt and the syrup is sticky.
  • Then add cashew powder and mix it well, and cook till it releases the pan. At last add ghee for greasing, and allow to cool down
  • Now divide the cashew mixture into two parts, and roll them. Place the first part and spread the mixture of pulp on it and cover it with another roll part and allow to set completely, then cut in desire shape.
  • Now it's ready to serve.

This sweet can store upto 15 days
