  • 250 gram sooji rava ,250 gram wheat flour
  • 2 tbsp ghee ,as per taste Some salt
  • as required Water, as required Oill
  • as required Some dry wheat flour for rolling roti

Instructions

  • Firstly heat d kadhai add ghee if ghee is melted add sooji rava n roast by continuously stiring.
  • Add salt n mix it add water as per needed.
  • Mix it properly n cover d lid n cook till d sooji rava water absorb five to ten minutes,after ten minutes our sooji rava is done transfer to another plate n keep a side for little cooling after that make a small small balls with rava dough n keep a side.
  • Now take a wheat flour add salt n water n make a sift dough n keep a side for five minutes after that take a small portion of dough make a ball little roll it n stuff inside sooji rava ball.
  • And cover d sooji rava ball n roll it d roti with d help of rolling pin, heat d tawa.
  • Place d roti in the hot tawa n cook turn d ither side n cook.
  • Cook the roti both d side properly grease d Roth with ghee n enjoy .
