  • 1 big Brinjal
  • 5 tsp coriander powder
  • red chilli powder
  • Jeera powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala,
  • 1 tsp amchur powder,
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • as taste Salt
  • as required Oil

Instructions

  • Firstly wash and cut, round shape of Brinjal, and put little Salt over it, keep it for five minutes. Then squeeze,all Brinjal pieces. Now mix all dry masala,in a plate and put it in each Brinjal pieces n keep aside.
  • In a Kadai,put oil when heating, put ggpaste,saute for a 1 minute,put all stuff masala Brinjal pieces one by one,and stir for few minutes,and cover it for 10minutes
  • Lastly granish with coriander leaves and serve hot with chapati and dal, yummy it taste
