- Firstly wash and cut, round shape of Brinjal, and put little Salt over it, keep it for five minutes. Then squeeze,all Brinjal pieces. Now mix all dry masala,in a plate and put it in each Brinjal pieces n keep aside.
- In a Kadai,put oil when heating, put ggpaste,saute for a 1 minute,put all stuff masala Brinjal pieces one by one,and stir for few minutes,and cover it for 10minutes
- Lastly granish with coriander leaves and serve hot with chapati and dal, yummy it taste
