- Take brinjal wash dry and cut in halves and slit in horizontal.
- Take potatoes peeled washed and cut in thin pcs add spices mix.
- Take all dry spices mix and stuff in brinjals.
- Take non-stick pan put oil then brinjal and potatoes,slit green chillies cook in slow heat.
- Now turn some times.
- Then sprinkle lemon juice.
- Then enjoy stuffed brinjals, chilli and tangy potatoes.
