- Slice the top of capsicums Remove seeds ,wash , apply salt inside and keep upside down on a track . Boil and chop potatoes then temper with mustard seeds. Add chopped green chilies, coriander leaves, turmeric powder, with prepared stuffing . Top it with grated cheese. Heat fat in a frying pan and cook capsicums on a very slow flame till they are slightly soft . At last, sprinkle lime juice on top. Serve it hot with chapati or rice.
