Stuffed paratha with leftover rice

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Leftover rice -
  • Salt - 1/2t.sp
  • Red chilli powder - 1/2 t.sp
  • Dry mango powder - 1/2 t.sp
  • Garam masala - 1/4 th t sp
  • Green chilli 1small (finely chopped)
  • Coriander leaves - 1 tb.sp
  • Desi ghee for shallow frying
  • 1 cup Whole wheat flour -
  • Salt - 1/4 th t.sp

Instructions

  • Mix wheat flour and salt.Add water to make soft dough.Let it rest for 5 min.
  • In the mean time,mix rice,salt,red chilli powder,garam masala,dry mango powder, green chilli and coriander leaves.Mix it well.
  • Heat tawa,divide the dough into two portions.Take one portion,make a ball,flaten it and fill it with rice mixture,close it from all the sides.Now roll it like a chapati.
  • Grease the tawa with ghee,,place the paratha on it.Flip it over after 2 min., drizzle 1 t.sp.ghee over it and shallow fry on both sides,on medium heat.
  • Your tasty paratha is ready to eat.Serve it with butter,curd and pickle.
