- Mix wheat flour and salt.Add water to make soft dough.Let it rest for 5 min.
- In the mean time,mix rice,salt,red chilli powder,garam masala,dry mango powder, green chilli and coriander leaves.Mix it well.
- Heat tawa,divide the dough into two portions.Take one portion,make a ball,flaten it and fill it with rice mixture,close it from all the sides.Now roll it like a chapati.
- Grease the tawa with ghee,,place the paratha on it.Flip it over after 2 min., drizzle 1 t.sp.ghee over it and shallow fry on both sides,on medium heat.
- Your tasty paratha is ready to eat.Serve it with butter,curd and pickle.
