  • 2carrots wet dates, cashew, almond, any vegan milk

Instructions

  • Grated carrot, cashew, almond pressure cooked for 2 whistle and make a paste adding wet dates. Now add this carrot and nuts paste into cooker and add choice of vegan milk and palm jaggery if little kore sweetness needed and pressure cook for a whistle. Once pressure released, add seasoning of dryfruits. And the healthy carrot halwa is ready to be served.
