Sugar free red velvet fudge

Ingredients

  • Beetroot grated raw- 400 gms
  • Paneer grated - 200 gms
  • Milk - 200 ml
  • Khoya grated - 100 gm
  • Ghee - 3 tbsp
  • Dates paste- 150 gm
  • Almond powder- 100 gm
  • Cardamom powder - 1 tsp
  • Rose petals for garnish - 2 tbsp

Instructions

  • In a pan take grated raw- beetroot and milk,saute on low to medium flame till beetroot gets soft
  • Add paneer ,mix well ,add khoya and dates paste and mix well
  • When this fudge starts leaving the sides of the pan ,add almond powder, ghee and cardamom powder.mix well
  • Now set this fudge in a greased tray ,make heart shape with help of cookie cutter and set it in refrigerator for 1 hour
  • Now fudge is ready ,garnish it with few rose petals and serve

Notes/Tips

When u use heart shaped cookie cutter to make design don't unmould the fudge immediately,set it in refrigerator for an hour then unmould fudge from tray.
