- In a pan take grated raw- beetroot and milk,saute on low to medium flame till beetroot gets soft
- Add paneer ,mix well ,add khoya and dates paste and mix well
- When this fudge starts leaving the sides of the pan ,add almond powder, ghee and cardamom powder.mix well
- Now set this fudge in a greased tray ,make heart shape with help of cookie cutter and set it in refrigerator for 1 hour
- Now fudge is ready ,garnish it with few rose petals and serve
