Sugarcane Dosa

1. Soak Rice, Fenugreek Seeds & Poha into the Sugarcane Dosa at least for 4 hours. 2. Grind them like dosa batter consistency. 3. Add salt and Cardamom Powder 4. Taste the batter, if you want more sweetness add Jaggery powder. 5. Heat the iron Tawa. Prepare dosa little thick is better the taste. 6. Serve this dosa with Coconut chutney.

Notes/Tips

Sugarcane juice should be present and also Rice should be soaked for at least 4 hours. Add Jaggery instead of Sugar if you want more sweetness to the dosa.
