- In a large bowl add sugarcane juice. Add the lemon juice, jaggery,cumin powder.
- Crush the ginger,chilli and pinch salt to taste. Add to sugarcane juice and mix well.
- Cover the bowl keep it aside for 15 minutes. Then strain the sugarcane juice and pour it to the popsicles mould.
- Keep it in a freezer for 8-10hrs. Serve
