Ingredients

  • Suji
  • Desi ghee
  • Sugar
  • Water

Instructions

  • Roast suji on low flame until it turns light brown
  • Add desi ghee and sugar and mix well
  • Add Water and stir continuously until the mixture doesn't stick to the pan
  • Add dry fruits (optional)
  • Delicious Halwa is ready to serve.

Notes/Tips

1) Suji not to be over roasted. 2) suji should be roasted on low flame. 3) after adding water,stir continuously.
