Ingredients

  • 1 cup Suji/semolina
  • 1/2 cup Curd
  • 1 tsp Eno fruit salt
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • as required Refined oil
  • as required Water

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl add 1 cup suji,1/2 cup curd,and salt. Mix until all lumps get dissolved. Then add water for idli batte. Don't keep the mixture too thin or too thick.
  • Keep the mixture for 15 mints. Add eno fruit salt just before making idli's.
  • Now grease the idli stand with refined oil. Place the batter in the idli stand.
  • Cook idli for 15 mints on medium flame. Then turn off the flame and cool it properly. Now take them out from mold.
  • Easy and quick suji idli is ready.
