Ingredients

  • 1 bowl suji, As needed salt
  • 1/3 tsp chat masala
  • 1/3 tsp garammasala
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • Some water for soft soji dough
  • 2 tsp kasthori methi
  • As needed oil for deep fry

Instructions

  • Take a plate add some suji and all ingredients and add water mix well. Then make a soft dough.
  • Now add the shape as your choice.
  • Now take a Kadai to add oil.
  • Then one by one all suji snacks fry.
  • Now suji snacks are ready to eat with evening tea.
