Ingredients

1 cup malai
2tbsp suji
1 finely chopped capsicum
1 finely chopped carrots
1 finely chopped onion
Salt, black pepper
4 -5 bread slice

Instructions

Mix all ingredients in a bowl
Spread on bread evenly
Take a non stick pan
Roast from both sides
Serve with sauces of ur choice

Notes/Tips

Press gently from mixture side of the bread on the pan
