Ingredients

  • 1 bowl Semolina (suji)
  • as required Amchur powder
  • as required Red chilli powder
  • as per taste Salt
  • 3-4 tbsp oil
  • as required Oil (for deep fry)

Instructions

  • Take a big bowl add suji in it
  • Then add salt, red chilli powder, aamchur powder and oil and mix it well
  • Now add water and make a soft Dough
  • Make round shape of it with the help roller and then cup it into small pieces as you like a shape
  • Then keep this small pieces a side for 10 min for rest
  • Now take a woke add oil in it for deep fry after oil getting hot deep fry a it on high flam
  • After deep fry now sprinkle a red chilli powder and aamchur powder
  • Now our yummy suji snaks are ready too eat
