Ingredients

  • 1 cup Wheat flour
  • 5 tbsp ghee
  • 3/4 cup grated jaggery
  • 2 tbsn Cashew nd pistachios chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Almond
  • Fresh rose flowers and petals handful

Instructions

  • Melt the ghee in a non-stick kadhai. Add the badam and roast it for one minute.add the wheat flour to the same pan and saute on a slow flame for approx for 7-8 Minutes or till it turns golden brown in colour, stirring continuously.
  • *Remove from the flame and add the jaggery and Mix well. *When the jaggery melts and the mixture is still warm, pour it into the greased thali and spread it evenly with the help of the base of a flat spoon. *Garnish with Roasted badam, Chopped Cashew nd pistachios, fresh rose petals and flowers. Cut into what ever u like shapes while still warm .Remove the pieces and store in an air-tight container. Thank u

Notes/Tips

Use powdered jaggery. Roast the flour properly otherwise you get a raw taste of flour. Do not cook once the jaggery is added otherwise sukhdi becomes chewy.
