Ingredients

  • 2 cup wheat flour
  • 1 cup jeggery finely chopped
  • 1 cup ghee

Instructions

  • In a pan, heat ghee and saute wheat flour until it leaves an aroma and slightly changes its color.
  • Then switch off the flame and add chopped jeggery and mix it well.
  • Transfer this mixture to ghee greased plate and evenly spread it.
  • Cut it into cubes and its ready to serve.
