Ingredients

  • 3 piece potato ,5 piece Green chilli
  • 3 tbsp oil ,4 piece curry leaves
  • 1 tbsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tbsp mustard seed
  • 1/2 tbsp cuimine seed
  • 1/2 tbsp Hing, 1/2 tbsp salt
  • as required Water as per requirement
  • As Required: Coriander

Instructions

  • Half cutting potato taken and put in pressure cooker and add 2 glass of water. Pressure cooker put in gas burner boiled potato 3-4 sity whishle.
  • After boiled potato remove top surface. and cutting in small piece.
  • Taken kadai and put in gas stove.and gas medium flame. Add oil 2-3 tbs Add mustard seed Add cuimin seed Add curry leaves Add green chilli (chopped) Fry to 1- 2 min
  • Add turmeric powder Add hing Add salt
  • 2- 3 min fry Add chooped potato After add potato fry to 2-3 min. Add coriander. it is very yummy taste eating with chapati, bhakhri and also eating in fast.
