Blueberry crush
Dark chocolate
Thickened whip cream

Instructions

Beat cream in a bowl to soft peaks, then fold into the melted chocolate, stirring constantly to combine. Then spoon the mousse among the set blueberry mousse glasses on the other side and refrigerate at least 2 hrs before serving.
Melt chocolate in a large heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water (making sure the bowl does not touch the water). Remove and cool to room temperature.

Notes/Tips

You can replace the blueberries with strawberries, raspberries, or a berry mix.
