- Soak the chia seeds with a cup of water for 15mins. Then divide it in two bowls. Mix beetroot juice in one bowl & mix moringa powder in another bowl. Keep aside.
- Soak the poha with little water for 5 mins. Then strain the excess water & mix sweet rose flavoured Curd in poha. Mix it well & keep it in fridge for few mins.
- Take a long serving glass now. Add some ice cubes. Pour 2tbspn beetroot-chia seeds mixture.
- Add poha-curd mixture to make the second layer.
- For third layer, add some chopped apple & pomogranate. Any kind of fruits can be added as per your choice. Finally add 1tbspn moringa-chia mixture topping with a fresh cherry.
- Keep it in fridge for sometime & enjoy it chilled.
