Summer Special Curd Rice | Dahi Chawal

An easy to make curd rice recipe, eaten by the South Indians as part of their meal. It is known as Thayir Saadam in Tamil and Peragannam in Telugu. Tempered with mustard seeds, red chillies, dals and curry leaves. At first I couldn't believe how such a simple preparation could be loved so passionately by everyone.

Notes/Tips

Use fresh & thick curd to make it tasty, also add fresh cream to make it more tastier.
