Ingredients

  • 2 cup multi grain flour / maida
  • 1/4 cup mixed seeds
  • 1/2 green paste
  • 1/2 cup water if required
  • 1 tsp instant dry yeast
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbls oil

Instructions

  • In a small bowl add 1/4 cup of lukewarm water add yeast and sugar let it be there for 10/15 minutes till bubbles appears
  • In another bowl add flour and make well add yeast oil salt and seeds mix all together make dough with green paste made by spinach coriander puree if required add milk little by at a time
  • Take out it on the working surface and knead for 10/15 minutes in strach and fold way not much straching if using multigrain if maida than more
  • Let it prove for 40/45 minutes by covering it with wet cloth and apply oil on the dough just a little
  • You will find dough has raised double in size take it on the working board give bunches with hand so extra air come out
  • In a loaf tin grease it and put the dough in loaf tin again let it prove for 10/15 minutes and bake it in pre heated oven for 30/35 minutes at 170 degree of
