- Add quinoa to a fine mesh strainer, and then rinse under cool water for 30 seconds to a minute.
- To cook the quinoa: Combine the rinsed quinoa and the water in a medium saucepan. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, then decrease the heat to maintain a gentle simmer. Cook until the quinoa has absorbed all of the water, about 15 minutes,
- Heat oil in a pan. Add grated ginger-garlic and saute for few seconds. Now add onion, saute it for a minute.
- Add carrot, bell pepper, season vegetable with salt and saute for a minute.
- Now add turmeric powder, chili powder and curry powder. Let it cook for a minute.
