  • Chana dal 2 cup
  • Rice 1/2 cup
  • Urad dal 1/4 cup
  • Curd 1/4 cup
  • Poha 1/4 cup
  • Chickpeas flour 2 tbsp
  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger chilli paste 2 tbsp
  • Salt To taste
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Sev As needed
  • For masala-- cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Pink salt 1 tsp

Instructions

  • Soak washed chana dal udad dal and rice over night.. next morning crush in mixture by adding curd soaked poha and chickpeas flour and make a smooth batter..leave it for 8 hours in warm place
  • Add ginger chilli paste turmeric powder and salt..steam in greased plate for 3/5 minutes more time will convert locho into dhokla.. we want soft texture
  • Sprinkle masala add oil butter and serve with green chutney onion.. garnish with sev
