Ingredients

  • Maida - 100gm
  • Moong dhal- 100gm
  • Sugar- 250gm
  • oil - to fry
  • ghee - 50 ml
  • Water- required amount
  • Elacchi - 4
  • Salt - to taste

Instructions

  • Add water, salt, ghee to maida and make a dough.keep it aside
  • Roast moong dhal to grind easy. Take sugar, roasted Moong dhal, elacchi and powder it in a mixer grinder
  • Take the maida dough and make it small balls and spread to a round like Chapati
  • Heat the oil and fry the round Spread dough
  • Immediately (don't wait) take from oil and place one spoon of powdered moong dhal mixture and roll it

  • Now , delicious and nutritious "Surul Somas" is ready to eat

Notes/Tips

Rolling is the very important Step. Don't wait after taking from the oil. If you leave it, you can't roll it
