- Grind the sugar. Now to the leftover rice add Yoghurt. Mix it well.
- Now add sugar powder to it. And mix it well. Make a coarse powder of cardamom in pestle.
- Take 8-9 saffron strands. With a drop of water just rub it in saffron stand.
- Mix it with the rice and add powdered cardamom. Refrigerate it.
